What we store in your browser, and why.

In short: The public site (Home, Holdings, Approach, Enquire) sets no cookies. The Client Portal keeps you signed in using your browser's local storage, not a cookie. We run no analytics or advertising cookies today.
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on hamiltonportfolio.com, operated by [HAMILTON PORTFOLIO LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
We set no cookies. We do use the following browser storage:

Storage like this is strictly necessary (portal sign-in) or only remembers a choice you made (closing the banner), so it does not require consent under UK/EU cookie rules (PECR) or UK GDPR. Pages also load scripts from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr, esm.sh); these are not cookies, but they receive your IP address, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We do not currently run analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If we add any in the future, we will update this page and, where required, add a consent banner before they are set.
You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Clearing or blocking local storage will sign you out of the Client Portal and prevent you from staying signed in.
