We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site.
The contact form on our Enquire page opens your email client and sends your name, email address, and message directly to accounts@hamiltonportfolio.com. This data is not stored on our servers; it lives in our mailbox, subject to our normal email retention practices.
If you are an existing investor or partner with Client Portal access, we process your email address, authentication credentials, and session identifiers to sign you in and keep you signed in. This is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.
We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated first, and the change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: our email provider (for enquiries) and Supabase (for portal authentication and hosting). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards recognised under UK GDPR.
Enquiry emails are retained in line with our normal mailbox retention. Client Portal account data is retained for the life of the investor relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to meet record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email accounts@hamiltonportfolio.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
If you are contacting us from outside the UK/EEA, we apply the same rights on request regardless of where local law would otherwise require it.
This site is intended for business and investment audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
